JOB DETAILS:

The Credit Officer - Agricultural Lending reports to the Branch Manager through the Credit Supervisor and is responsible for recruiting of clients, verifying sources of income and visiting prospective clients' homes and businesses to assess credit worthiness.

Specific responsibilities for job position :
1. Marketing the Agricultural loan product.
2. Client mobilization, sensitization & training.
3. Loan disbursements.

Follow-up & recovery of loans.
1. Ensuring proper filing of all Agricultural loan documentation.
2. Cross-sell the company's products to clients & enhance/protect the reputation of the company at all times.
3. Contribute positively to branch performance by continuously achieving all set targets.
4. Any other duties as directed from time to time.

Minimum Academic Qualifications for job position above:
1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Extension, Agricultural Land use and Management, Agribusiness Management, Agricultural and Rural Innovations, veterinary science or in any other relevant / related field +
2. 2 Principal passes at A'Level +
3. Credit and/or Pass in Maths and English at O' level.
