JOB DETAILS:
Position: Credit Officers - Agricultural Lending
Reports to: SATELLITE MANAGER

Main Job Responsibilities
• Advice, sensitize, and cross-sell BUBL's loan products and other services to clients
• Carry out financial, digital literacy, and other training for BUBL clients.
• Conduct credit appraisals, and undertake field visits, to manage the loan application process for agribusiness clients, location, and verification of securities to be pledged to BUBL as collateral
• Disbursing of loans to clients in line with the set performance targets
• Monitor outstanding loans and the performance of the loan portfolio on a daily basis.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Crop Science/Agriculture related courses
• Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Able to work in a team
• Able to ride a motorcycle


Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
