Job details: The Board of BULADDE wishes to recruit experienced individuals to fill the positions of Branch Manager and Credit Officers. The staff to be recruited should fit in with the vision, mission, values and objectives of BULADDE as well as the requirements shown below:

GENERAL OBJECTIVES

• Offer members credit services and other financial products as may he required by members from time to time 
• Provide members with credit facilities for purposes of improving land access rights and development 
• Provide an opportunity for members to improve their respective economic, social and financial conditions by encouraging voluntary saving 
• Provide loan services at cost allowing the Society to cover its costs including legal reserves, reserves tor loans and other required reserves. 
• Facilitate members to set up development and SME projects through continuous training programs on the proper use of credit 
• Professionally manage the SACCO to ensure operational and financial sustainability. 

The Credit Officer reports to the Branch Manager and shall early out all their duties in accordance to set policies and procedures so as to meet set targets.

CREDIT OFFICER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE-

• Marketing the loan products which include:

1. Pre-Loan fund deposits
2. Registration and survey Loans
3. Land Title processing loans
4. Development Loans which will include Home improvement loans gap bridge loans, salary loans 

• Client mobilization and training
• Loan disbursement and recovery
• Accurately report on daily transactions
• Ensuring proper filing of all clients‘documentation 
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time. 

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS, MINIMUM ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR CREDIT OFFICER POSITION:

• The ideal candidates should have a minimum of a Diploma from reputable Institutions with good grades in Accounting, Business Studies. Marketing, Social Sciences or Education, Computer literacy will be an added advantage. 
• Candidates should have at least 1 years’ experience in Credit Administration 
• Should be honest, team players and willing to challenge themselves to continuously deliver exceptional performance
