JOB DETAILS:
Job Location: Mutundwe
INDUSTRY Textile
Job duties:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and other communication channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements:
• At least a diploma in business, communication or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in a similar position.
• Basic training in customer service will be an added advantage.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: Associate Degree
