JOB DETAILS:

Support the design and delivery of DREAMS activities and HIV prevention Program activities as implemented through the Lugazi Diocese /MUWRP Program.
Come up with a weekly report and weekly field updates for weekly report writing and submission.

Key Duties and responsibilities:
• Must ensure that there is a good communication channel between the Diocese and all other
• partners such as Health facilities, Local government structures and other key community
• persons with whom we collaborate for quality data and better services to all our clients.
• Must follow up all cases in line with their work to ensure that appropriate actions are taken.
• Prepare weekly reports and weekly field updates for weekly report writing and submission.
• Participate in community workshops aimed at ensuring quality data picks and better services
• for our clients.
• Support planning, implementation, and evaluation of all community HIV prevention program activities in compliance with MoH, MoGLSD. MUWRP and PEPFAR guidelines policies and procedures.
• Must always ensure that all registers tally well with source documents.
• Must be in position to answer and defend all field data queries.
• To be ready and willing to work under close minimal supervision

Qualifications:
• A Diploma or a certificate in Social Work and Social Administration or any othercertificate in line with line to community works with bias to HIV AIDS.
• Any experience in community work with a reputable organization is an added advantage.
