Job Overview:
On behalf of our client, we seek to recruit a highly competent, motivated and professional individual to fill the position of Data Assistant. Data Assistant will be responsible for collecting and entering data into the system. Ensure that the data is complete, accurate and on time.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for collecting data and entering it into the system.
• Ensure that collected data is accurate and complete.
• Responsible for checking in the newspapers every day for bid requests. Ensures that bid
• Documents are compiled and submitted after approval from the supervisor.
• Responsible for generating weekly reports detailing the status of planned activities.
• Any other duties as will be assigned time to time by the supervisor
• Error free data
• Completeness of data
• Timeliness of data
• Number/value of successful bids
• Zero record of staff complaining about poor conduct/attitude/teamwork
• Attendance: Comes for work daily and reports on time.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, business or humanities
• Knowledge of English language and 2 other local languages.
• At least 2 years’ experience.
• Attention to detail
• Well organized.
• Computer Skills – Microsoft Office,
• Sound verbal and written communication skills
• Team player

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
