JOB DETAILS:

Reports to: M&E Officer
Location: Kampala
Job summary: To ensure timely reporting of accurate and quality Data.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Updating ART Registers
2. Making weekly Surge report for HTC OPD and IPD, TLD transition and HTS Screening
3. Making monthly HMIS 105 Essential Medicines report (Sec 7 to 11 and Sec 16 to 24)
4. Making monthly Finer reports for GBV, HTS- SELF, HTS-SNS, HTS Screening
5. Making monthly Nutrition report
6. Making all monthly KP reports
7. Making HMIS 106a report for 1A- DSDM, Nutrition, Community referral reports and Sec 1D - PrEP report
8. Making HIBRID Quarterly Finer Report (HTS Children of Sex Workers, KP and PP
9. Treatment Viral Load and Retention)
10. Making Narrative (KP- HTS Cascade, KP treatment Cascade, Community Linkage Framework) report
11. Making Care and Treatment Regimen Optimization 1! and 2™4 report and Nutrition Services report
12. Making DSDM quarterly reports
13. Monitor and maintain Computer Systems, Network and printers for the department
14. IT support and training staff on how to use the System (EMR System)
15. Running regular System backup (EMR)

Qualifications and Experience:
1. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline from a reputable institution
2. Two years experience in a similar role
