On behalf of our client PETRO IT, we are looking for competent, skilled, and experienced Data Integrity Executive- Implementation to work in Uganda.

Job Purpose/Summary:
The Data Integrity Executive for Implementation is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data during the implementation of soft ware systems in the Project. This role involves overseeing data migration, validation, and integration processes to maintain data integrity throughout the implementation lifecycle. Working Conditions: Location- Kampala and Project On-Site within Uganda. Department- Implementation

Job Duties and Responsibilities: The tasks and responsibilities associated with the role Data Monitoring and Auditing:
• Conduct regular audits of data systems to identify and rectify inconsistencies.
• Monitor data entry processes to ensure compliance with data integrity policies.

Process Implementation:
• Implement the data integrity policies and procedures.
• Ensure all departments adhere to established data management protocols.

Data Quality Assurance:
• Implement data validation processes to maintain high-quality data standards.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to design and optimize data quality
• controls.

Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare detailed reports on data integrity issues and resolutions.
• Document data management processes and maintain accurate records of data
• audits.

Collaboration and Training:
• Work with cross-functional teams to promote data integrity best practices.
• Provide training and support to staff on data management and integrity
• standards.

Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to data
• management.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting data integrity

Required Skills and Qualifications: The minimum qualifications a candidate must meet to be considered for the position, including education level, years of experience, technical skills, and certification requirements.
• Graduate in any stream
• Must have experience of more than 10+ year in implementation Process
• Proven experience in data management, data quality, or implementation
• roles.
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality principles,
• and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with data migration, validation, and integration processes.
• Proficiency in data management tools and software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining data accuracy and
• consistency during software implementation.
