Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled and experienced Data Operator to work in Kajjansi

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Gather data received from clients and inserting it to the Gov. website
• Manage the data in orderly manner and with high attention to details
• Communicate politely defects in the data to the clients for corrections
• Answer calls from clients and provide best client care and relations
• Personal responsibility to conduct fast and exact job
• Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork and collaboration.
• Foster a positive organizational culture and effective communication.
• Support in any needed task of the company as directed by the CEO

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Mandatory Requirements:
• 2 years’ experience as a team member in a data centre inserting data into the system
• Relevant degree in computer science or another relevant field
• Reliability, integrity, loyalty is a must
• Hard working and devoted to the company goals

• Team player with respect for others
• Self-driven and able to work under pressure to get task completed
• Experience in immigration for few years advantage
• Understanding of the travel and visa industry is an advantage
