• Experience and knowledge of the retail business.
• Commitment to providing customers with a positive experience and building long term relationships.
• Must be well capitalized to run the business efficiently
• Ability to professionally manage and maintain a highly motivated team.
• Commitment to meet set targets.
• Must have a high level of integrity.
