JOB DETAILS:
JOB SUMMARY:
The Debt recovery Officer will be responsible for proactive management of all loans showing signs of deteriorating trends and non-performing accounts to turn around, improve optional performance and minimize financial loss to the institution.

QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Degree/Diploma in Business, Finance Banking, accounting or any relevant field.
• Two Years of experience as credit officer in the debt recovery section of a financial institution
• Candidate range 25-28 Years
• Ability to communicate in both English and Luganda
• Decision making skills and result oriented personality with
• a high level of intengrity and customer relationship management skills


Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
