JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
Proper, accurate and timely delivery & collection of goods and freezers to customers

Responsibilities:
• Ensure that goods loaded tally with the Loading Sheet
• Proper handling and delivery of goods to outlets listed in the route plan without breakages, melting, and losses
• Ensure all goods received are in good order and condition and properly pack the special items as per set specifications i.e. whipping cream, chocolart, etc
• Sort Goods Receipt Notes(damages) with the Supervisor.
• Collection of cheques as per Credit Control Dept. Guidance, when need arises.
• Ensure timely delivery as per the route plan
• Record of delivery timings on the route plan
• Ensure temperatures are recorded as per recommended FSSC guidelines
• Ensure that all delivery documents i.e. cash sale, invoice, delivery note, sample notes, and freezer documents are duly signed and stamped by customers and submitted to the delivery supervisor
• Ensure any dispute/issues arising during delivery of goods is communicated and sorted within the shortest time possible
• Assist in loading/offloading of goods

Qualifications:
• Diploma in any Business Management Field.
• At least 1 year of experience in delivery and logistics.
• Creative, able to make decisions, and an independent thinker.
• Proficient in records management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and must be a team player.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and requires less or no supervision.
• Team player.

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Associate Degree
