JOB DETAILS:
Deputy Country Manager-Directional Drilling
• A Bachelor's degree or above in Logging equipment maintenance, Electronic automation, or any related majors.
• At least 10 years of working experience.
• Must assist in completing the work of functional departments and other projects of COSL Uganda SMC Ltd.
• Is responsible for organizing the training and assessment of the company's personnel, and promoting the progress of the company's employment localization.
• is responsible for organizing and coordinating the deployment, assembly, and maintenance of operation tools, instruments, and equipment
• Is responsible for the formulation and implementation of the annual renewal plan, repair plan and material plan.
• Is responsible for the coordination of crew and equipment, and management of equipment.
• Should master the principle and application of logging equipment. Should master the basic knowledge of logging data interpretation. Should master general maintenance and operation safety basic procedures. Should master the basic procedures of hazard identification and risk assessment.
• Must be familiar with Wireline logging, drilling engineering technology and other related business knowledge.
