JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
Ensure smooth end-to-end operations, maintain quality while saving costs, enforce compliance with established processes, and effectively lead the team to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education: Postgraduate degree or global equivalent (preferred).
- Experience: 2–5 years, preferably in the Travel & Tourism or Service industry.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong typing skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to customer needs and challenges.
- Strong knowledge of operational systems and processes.
- Innovation-driven mindset to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Excellent team management and leadership capabilities.
