COOEC-CPECC Joint Venture consisting of COOEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED and CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) UGANDA LIMITED is a CNOOC Uganda Ltd Contractor for Kingfisher Oil Field Development Package-3, and the scope of work includes four well pads production facilities, central processing plant (CPF), infield Flow Lines, water intake pump stations, temporary camp, etc. If you are an experienced professional who possesses major project experience gained with an oil and gas operator or top tier contractors, then we are looking for YOU!

Job Description
• Responsible for KF field Facilities construction and logistics and in charge of JV Construction Department and Logistics Department
• Be responsible for the organization and command of the Project, coordinate the relationship between all parties.
• Must comprehensively organize the implementation, and adjust the resource allocation according to the project progress to ensure the realization of the objectives of each stage and the overall construction period.
• Must seriously implement safety measures, pay attention to safe production according to the requirements of the competent department.
• In the process of organizing and directing the construction, must set an example, adhere to the policy of “quality first”, combine with the actual situation, educate the staff to enhance the quality awareness, and complete the construction task on
• Must establish and improve work contact related systems, maintain good coordination relations with the construction unit, design unit, supervision unit, general subcontractor, etc.
• Be responsible for the protection of Engineering semi-finished products and finished products and the protection during delivery.

Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree or above in Structural engineering and Chemical Engineering & Technology
• At least 15 years of petroleum engineering experience and Project Management.
