JOB DETAILS:

COOEC-CPECC Joint Venture consisting of COOEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED and CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) UGANDA LIMITED is a CNOOC Uganda Ltd Contractor for Kingfisher Oil Field Development Package-3, and the scope of work includes four well pads production facilities, central processing plant (CPF), infield Flow Lines, water intake pump stations, temporary camp, etc. If you are an experienced professional who possesses major project experience gained with an oil and gas operator or top tier contractors, then we are looking for YOU!

Job Description
• Should lead the signing of main contract, joint venture agreements, and bridging agreements and manage work order placement.
• Will be responsible for main contract variations and supplement agreements
• Must plan and lead the Project Tax Planning (Uganda & Domestic) and manage and responsible for national content compliance.
• Must ensure the tendering process complies with the Ugandan Laws and Regulations.
• Should prepare claim request forms (Cost and EOT) and assist with the resolution of claims and disputes from or against Client and/or Subcontractors.
• Must be able to negotiate the terms and conditions for Subcontracts and any Subcontract amendment.
• Must prepare and submit the subcontracting documents (PQ, SOW, TBE & Unpriced Purchase Order etc.) for Client approval per the project requirement.
• Must have experience in Tendering & subcontract management.

Requirements
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or higher in Oil and gas engineering, Legal or Project Management and any other related majors.
• With at least ten (10) years on the commercial aspect in the Oil and Gas industry, and experience in a Multi-national company is highly desired.
