JOB DETAILS:

COOEC-CPECC Joint Venture consisting of COOEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED and CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) UGANDA LIMITED is a CNOOC Uganda Ltd Contractor for Kingfisher Oil Field Development Package-3, and the scope of work includes four well pads production facilities, central processing plant (CPF), infield Flow Lines, water intake pump stations, temporary camp, etc. If you are an experienced professional who possesses major project experience gained with an oil and gas operator or top tier contractors, then we are looking for YOU!

Job Description
• Manage and lead the technical and procurement team and execute and monitor project activities.
• Will be responsible for the management of technical and procurement related quality elements and HSE elements.
• Must provide updates on customer and corporate issues participating in scheduled operational meetings as in routine with team leads and employees
• Senior executive management knowledge in an international company is an added advantage and Project management (PMP certificate is expected)
• Should master international bidding & tendering, contract management, especially in the oil and gas industry.
• Must have BIM (Building Information Modeling) experience, Client relationship management experience and Professional project management knowledge and skill, especially on oil and gas EPC projects.
• Must also have Digital and Smart oilfield top-level design capability and experience on technical and international procurement activities.

Requirements
• A master’s degree or above in engineering Management, technology, Oil & gas Technology or any other relevant majors.
• At Least 12+ years in Oil and gas engineering technique, management and site management experience, 5+ Oil and gas industry procurement experience, familiar with bidding and contract management, and 3+ international Oil and gas EPC projects experience.
