Job Summary:
The Digital Campaigns intern plays a crucial role in enhancing our digital footprint and engagement through expert knowledge in campaign analysis, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), and content strategy. This position requires a dynamic blend of analytical acumen and creative flair, aiming to develop and execute marketing campaigns that engage and resonate with our target audience effectively.

Essential Job Functions:
• Campaign Analysis: Lead digital campaign analysis, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Use insights for strategic decisions.
• Integrated SEO and Content Management: Develop and implement cohesive SEO strategies, content planning, and website optimization efforts to enhance online presence, boost organic growth, and increase audience engagement.Top of Form

• Audience Insights: Analyse data to create customer profiles, informing targeted content and marketing strategies.
• Email Marketing: Oversee email campaign creation, content, and list management for better engagement.
• Campaign Planning: Direct the planning and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Data Analysis: Review campaign data to measure success and generate reports on performance and engagement.
• Market Research: Research market trends and consumer behaviour to refine marketing strategies.
• Collaboration: Work with teams and partners to align digital marketing strategies with business goals.
• Professional Growth: Keep up with digital marketing trends through workshops and training.
• Administrative Support: Provide organizational support to the marketing team, including event planning and documentation.
• Generative AI Innovation: Explore and apply generative AI for creative content, analytics, and customer engagement, keeping up with AI advancements.

Requirements:
• Degree in digital marketing, data science, or a related field.
• Proven digital marketing expertise, especially in SEO, campaign management, and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical and creative skills for strategic planning and innovative marketing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of digital transformation and generative AI applications in marketing.
• Commitment to diversity, inclusivity, and cultural awareness.
• Interest in African economics and international relations for global strategy enhancement.
• Ability to multitask, with a focus on efficiency and detail.
• Critical thinking and eagerness to incorporate generative AI in marketing.
Education and Experience:
• Preferably 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with emphasis on SEO and content strategy.
• Google Digital Marketing Certification or other relevant certifications is desirable.
