About the role
The Digital Marketing Associate will create and execute effective online marketing and advertising campaigns. Reporting to General Manager with dotted lines to the Telesales Manager and Field Sales Manager, he/she will lead end-to-end design and implementation of social media campaign strategies. The Digital Marketing Associate will apply their business, communication, and marketing as well as teamwork skills to ensure that social marketing campaigns are successful in enhancing the client’s brand image and awareness towards developing and closing sales lead pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Work with the field sales and telesales departments to develop new digital media strategies
• Create digital marketing campaigns and content to use on social media and other web platforms to drive traffic and promote our products and services
• Advise on any paid media strategies that are worth an investment and attract ROI
• Plan and project manage multiple online campaigns across multiple platforms
• Manage accounts on social media (e.g. Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram) and search platforms (e.g. Google Ad Words, YouTube, etc) and curate social media content
• Handle queries on social media platforms and ensure customers perceive the brand in a positive way
• Handle social media listening using platforms such as Google Alerts to inform the team whenever the brand keywords are mentioned.
• Post and optimize Google My Business profiles for all sales and service centers
• Monitor & optimize keyword selection and audience targeting and develop attractive and concise copy for adverts
• Ensure all digital marketing activities are scheduled and operate within the budgetary allocation
• Track and measure the impact of digital marketing campaigns
• Develop reports on campaign results with ROI, including analysis of traffic numbers, for upper management
• Ensure smooth sharing of leads with the sales teams.
Does this sound like you?
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and at least 2 years’ experience in digital marketing
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and impact / ROI measurement
