JOB DETAILS:
Job Description
• Maintaining and developing their in-house appointment management system
• performing frequent user experience testing
• Communicate with delegates
• Provide onsite support for delegates at events held in the Uganda & Africa
• Maintaining the Associations main database
• Managing the API integrations
• Providing technical support to members
• Develop Crowd Compass mobile app for events
• Develop webinar solutions
• Cloud solutions Creating redirection pages and domain licences and renewals

Requirements
• A good first degree in a relevant subject
• Proven record of project management and working as part of a team
• At least 2 months office experience
• Advanced computer skills incl email, CRM, CMS, e-marketing, social media, surveying tools)
• Basic marketing and sales techniques
• Fluency in English - a 2nd European language will be useful
• Preference given to candidates with a genuine interest in tourism
