About Jubilee Life Insurance
Jubilee Life Insurance is a leading provider of life insurance and pension products in Uganda. With a commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, Jubilee Life is seeking a Digital Sales Strategist to enhance its digital sales capabilities and achieve its growth targets.

Main Responsibilities
1. Lead Conversion: Convert online leads into digital sales opportunities.
2. Customer Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to promote Jubilee Life and pension products to potential customers.
3. Pipeline Management: Prepare a monthly sales pipeline to ensure lead closure and meet monthly KPI and revenue targets.
4. Target Achievement: Consistently achieve set targets for digital retail life and pension products.
5. Customer Information Management: Safeguard customer information and ensure confidentiality.

Key Competencies
1. Strong understanding of insurance concepts, retail life, and pension products.
2. Ability to close online leads for business growth.
3. Expertise in online sales, lead generation, and sales cycles.

Key Deliverables
1. Achievement of retail life and pension product business growth targets.
2. Meeting revenue budgets and persistency goals.
3. Building effective collaborations with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Law, or a related field.
2. Advanced degree or professional certifications in Risk & Compliance will be an added advantage.
3. Proven track record of successfully implementing strategic initiatives and driving process improvements.

Relevant Experience
1. Experience in Sales: Minimum of 1–2 years in a similar role.
2. Closing Sales: Proven record of successfully closing online sales leads and portfolio management.
3. Relationship Building: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
4. Advantageous Experience: Background in telesales, e-commerce sales, or call center support is an added advantage.
