Role Description

The insurance Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for actively reaching out to potential customers, explaining the benefits of our products, and closing sales. Daily tasks include contacting leads, conducting face-to-face meetings, managing a sales pipeline, and maintaining relationships with clients. Additionally, the role involves understanding customer needs, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Customer Service
• Experience in Sales
• Basic understanding of Finance
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Prior experience in direct sales is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is advantageous
