It also designs and drives operational excellence and develops solid commercial frameworks.
CFG is venturing in telecommunication business to offer affordable true unlimited internet bundle services with a goal to maximize outreach and deliver demand driven Internet services. In order to implement this role CFG has adopted a decentralised approach to deliver Internet services to all areas of Uganda. The Company is to operate throughout the country with zonal offices located in the following areas; Kampala, Jinja, Mbarara, Masaka, Mbale, Gulu, Arua, Moroto, Soroti, Hoima, Kabale and Kabarole. Each Zonal Office will serve a cluster of Districts.
The Company seeks to recruit suitable persons to fill the following vacant positions in its establishment for only the CENTRAL REGION of Uganda.
Direct Sales Representatives– Ref: CFG/HR/2/11/20
REPORTS TO: District Sales Manager.
JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. .

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
• Perform online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives.
• Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities.
• Make inbound and outbound calls to sell company products.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
• Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecast and projections.
• Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
• Keeps Regional Manager informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

Person Specifications:
The position requires the following minimum qualifications:
• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance from a recognised University OR O-Level with three years of experience in sales from a reputable organisation.
• At least one year working experience in sales industry
• Should be computer literate
• Aged between 20 – 35 years.
