The Director, FP Service Delivery will manage a collaborative process of design, implementation, and monitoring the innovative, evidence-hased FP program especially in support of LARC/PM programming. Medical degree (MD, nursing, midwifery) and Master's degree in public health with a minimum of eight years of experience directing FP/RH service delivery and/or technical assistance programs, with demonstrated supervisory experience. Accountable for the clinical implementation including ensuring compliance with internationally accepted clinical standards and practices, MOH and Engender Health clinical policies and ensuring clinical quality activities. Experience with one or more of the technical areas found in the project is desired, including: family planning service delivery; health systems capacity building; development, monitoring and evaluating quality improvement approaches for SRH; designing and implementing facility and community-based FP services; and/or integration of gender into health projects and services.
