Job details:
Our client, a long in existence (0 & A-level) secondary school in central Uganda seeks to recruit key staff to fill the following positions: School Principal, Deputy School Principal and Director of Studies. Huram Solutions hereby invites suitably qualified candidates to fill the positions.

Title: Director Of Studies
Reports To: The School Principal
Duration: 2-year renewable

Job Purpose:
The main purpose of the job role is to run the school academic programs liaising with academic staff with good practices in managing and documenting performance across the school and reporting periodically.

Minimum Requirements:
University Degree! diploma in education. 2 years‘ work—experience in a related function. The ideal candidate should have strong rooting in values, good report- writing skills, ability to gain commitment of staff, ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems during discharge of duty, Ability to communicate effectively, Strong interpersonal skills, and Results~driven in using ICT.
