Description
Position holder will lead finance and operations management of the Organization and ensure a strong control environment that minimizes risk and increases value of financial information for decision making. In addition, coordination and strategic leadership to the Finance and Operation functions of Mildmay Uganda in line with organisational Vision and Mission aiming at being a leading centre for quality services provision and health systems’ strengthening in Uganda.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Master of Business Administration or Masters in development related field or an equivalent. Fully qualified and certified professional accountant. Must have At least 10 years’ experience in management of the finance and administrative functions; 5 – 7 years in Senior management in a multi-donor NGO setting.
Experience
• working with multiple donors both international and national (complex grants of at least $3m in value);
• Experience with USG grant management processes is of significant advantage.
• Experience in managing large teams with multiple skills areas
• Delivering sub-granting services
• Working with Boards
• Experience of HR, ICT, construction field, fleet management, procurement and stores management, security and estates management will be an added advantage.
