We are looking for the following full-time and permanent roles to join our East African team. Farm Africa has operations across East Africa (Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda) and we are flexible about where these roles will be located.
Post: Director of Quality
Salary: £65,000 per annum.

We are looking for a Director of Quality to play a key role in shaping the strategy and technical vision of our programmes and drive a culture of technical excellence across Farm Africa's programme portfolio. You will lead an expert team of technical service providers, monitoring evaluation &learning practitioners and programme support advisors, to build the technical capacity within our programme implementation teams, within a context of dramatic growth.
