JOB DETAILS:
Driller (Chief Drilling Engineer)

Responsibilities
• In accordance with the inspection route to the Driller, well control equipment, drilling draw works, brake system, anti-collision system, large rope, top drive system, tour car and manifold system for inspection;
• Have the ability to operate the top drive/brake handle skillfully, and be able to judge and deal with the complicated situation in time;
• Organize and arrange weekly inspection and maintenance of drilling winch, brake, dead-line fixer, top drive, manifold, instrument, energy storage, vibrating screen, traveling block, overhead crane, Derrick, etc.
• Be Responsible for leading the staff to check the equipment before operation, to ensure the equipment is in good condition;
• Drilling rig relocation, drilling, completion of the specific work, with mobile operation, disassembly wellhead, drill operation, drilling operation and other capabilities;
• Have the ability to check the measurement, mapping and accurate logging of the entry tools, and button up according to the torque requirement;
• Responsible for operation of blowout Preventer shut-in, reporting and recording of key parameters in well control exercises and emergency situations, and is the first responsible person for shut-in;
• Be responsible for keeping track of down hole condition, drilling tool structure, down hole tool performance and mud condition, report down hole complex condition immediately, and deal with it according to instruction;
• Be Responsible for evaluating the skills of team members and improving the weak ones;
• Responsible for team training and assessment, talk, to perform team leader management duties.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree/technical training/high school education but with over 6 years’ experience;
• Strong professional knowledge, valid IWCF or IADC certificate;
• More than 6years working experience in offshore or onshore drilling, dealing with at least 3 well under complicated conditions;
• Integrity, good conduct, honesty and self-discipline;
• Have certain organization and coordination ability, execution ability, communication ability, expression ability;
• Master the relevant management system and relevant laws and regulations implemented by the position.
• Computer application and English communication skills to meet job requirements;
• Under 50 years of age;
• Hold the relevant qualification certificates required by the company
