JOB DETAILS:
Driver – Lgv Lira
Reporting To Transport Supervisor, The Successful Candidate Will.
Key Result Areas
• Drive light vehicles to specified destinations,
• Transport staff to specified and approved destinations. Deliver and collect mails, messages and other items as and when instructed
• Monitor vehicle condition & report any mechanical faults to the Fleet Maintenance Officer. Monitor & maintain vehicle hygiene as per approved cleaning schedule.
• Perform regular checks on the vehicles following guidelines issued by the Fleet Maintenance Engineer.
• Maintain security of the vehicle assigned
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned
Any other duties assigned by the Transport Supervisor. Job Ref. No. MIUL/DL/LRA

Educational Qualifications And Experience
• Uganda Certificate of Education,
• Valid driving permit with the relevant class,
• 2 years’ experience in driving.

Skills & Professional Attributes Required
• Ability to work independently in carrying out assignments to completion.
• Effective Verbal and written communication.
• Customer service orientation skills.
• Considerable ability to adhere to prescribed routines and practices; and compose effective and accurate correspondence.
• Dealing with non-routine matters

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
