Driver Aka General Manager
Job Purpose & Responsibilities
1. Provide team leadership and direction
2. Manage agency operations and finances
3. Lead current and new business operations
4. Maintain timely work output and quality standards
5. Manage current employees and onboard new ones
6. Responsible for the business's harmonious function and profitable growth
7. Manage current clients while identifying and driving new business development

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
1. Comfortable in project and financial management
2. Professional qualifications in CIM / CIPR will be a plus
3.Experience leading teams and managing agency operations
4. Strong presentation, communication & administrative skills
5. Skilled in business strategy, customer service and organization management
6. Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in a relatable field from a recognized institution
7. Experience working in a digital / advertising/PR/media / consulting agency or startup
