JOB DETAILS:
Main Purpose of the Job
Transport bank staff and documents and ensure proper management of the vehicle allocated in line with bank Vehicle Management Policy

Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure timely conveyance of staff and documents to and from places as instructed by the Supervisor or Management
• Carry out routine checks on vehicle allocated and ensure that it is in sound mechanical condition
• Recognise mechanical faults and immediately report them to the Senior Administration Officer
• Report any instance of mishap or accident immediately to the Supervisor
• Keep a travel log / mileage register to record all areas travelled to and travel time
• Ensure periodic maintenance and routine service is done at an appropriate time as well as fuelling the vehicle
• Ensure that the vehicle is kept perfect and clean all times by washing both the inside and outside of the vehicle
• Adhere to the Vehicle Management Policy at all times
• Ensure that the vehicle is parked immediately after work and at gazetted places 10. Submit a weekly travel log to the line Supervisor
• Any other duties that might be assigned.

Person Specifications
Qualifications
• O-level certificate
• Sufficient knowledge of traffic laws
• Must possess a valid driver’s license(At least Class B)
• Certificate in Defensive driving – Added advantage
• Experience
• 3 years’ driving experience with the capacity to handle both manual and automatic transmission vehicle.
