Job Title: Effluent Treatment Plant Supervisor

Job Purpose
Responsible for the safe, effective and efficient running of the plant in keeping with company procedures.

Educational Qualifications
• A-Level Certificate
• Relevant tertiary qualification ( degree or diploma) will be an added advantage.
• A management/supervisory qualification will be an added advantage.

• Experience Requirements
• 3 years supervisory experience

• Key Job Responsibilities
• Comply with relevant health and safety legislation and regulations
• Ensure internal and external audits show that there is conformance to the commercial standards
• Submit complete report in required format timeously
• Attend to customer complaints
• Manage staff inclusive of leave records, enforcing of discipline etc
• Reporting irregularities to management
• Ensure smooth running of the operation
• Ensure that equipment is maintained to an acceptable standard in accordance with the operations manual
• Have sufficient stock to cater for an emergency at all time
• Ensure the working environment is kept clean
