Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to join our team. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical installation projects, ensuring their successful completion within schedule, budget, and quality requirements. Your expertise in electrical engineering and project management will be essential in leading a team of technicians and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of electrical installation works.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation projects, including the installation of power lines, electrical equipment, and systems.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to the project team members, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices at the worksite, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team members, assisting in problem-solving and troubleshooting as needed.
• Monitor and inspect the quality of workmanship and materials, addressing any deficiencies or deviations from the project requirements.
• Track project costs, materials, and equipment usage, reporting any deviations from the budget or schedule.
• Maintain documentation and records related to the project, including work schedules, progress reports, and change orders.
• Conduct regular meetings with the project team to discuss project status, address concerns, and provide updates on project milestones.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Ordinary Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Must hold a valid Class B ERA (Energy Regulatory Authority) installation permit for the year 2023.

Skills and Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, codes, and standards.
• Experience in electrical installation projects, with a specific focus on power lines.
• Familiarity with electrical equipment, tools, and materials used in construction and installation works.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of technicians.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, diagrams, and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with project stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in electrical installation works.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and resources effectively.
