JOB DETAILS:

COOEC-CPECC Joint Venture consisting of COOEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED and CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) UGANDA LIMITED is a CNOOC Uganda Ltd Contractor for Kingfisher Oil Field Development Package-3, and the scope of work includes four well pads production facilities, central processing plant (CPF), infield Flow Lines, water intake pump stations, temporary camp, etc. If you are an experienced professional who possesses major project experience gained with an oil and gas operator or top tier contractors, then we are looking for YOU!

Job Description
• In charge of overseeing all aspects of a project from start to finish, including but not limited to scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, and outside vendors of a project.
• Must define primary job objectives clearly at project and departmental management levels by highlighting schedule and cost requirements.
• Must establish and implement document management and control processes throughout the PMC.
• Must ensure the maintenance of both time and cost trend performance indicators and statistics.
• Must review overall job status with cost/planning engineers and management and recommend corrective action where necessary.
• Must review actual progress against planned progress, particularly with regard to manpower levels, productivity, performance metrics and payment.
• Must liaise with other departments at all meetings relative to project operations, to ensure that information affecting schedule and cost is continually up-dated.
• Should provide feedback on key project issues to the management team on a timely basis.
• Should build close relationships with contractors to ensure PMC project controls are soundly based and to enhance PMC’s influence.
• Must lead all risk management issues and attend to other duties as assigned.
