COOEC-CPECC Joint Venture consisting of COOEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED and CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) UGANDA LIMITED is a CNOOC Uganda Ltd Contractor for Kingfisher Oil Field Development Package-3, and the scope of work includes four well pads production facilities, central processing plant (CPF), infield Flow Lines, water intake pump stations, temporary camp, etc. If you are an experienced professional who possesses major project experience gained with an oil and gas operator or top tier contractors, then we are looking for YOU!

Job Description
• To assist the manager of logistics to manage the logistics of the whole project
• Supervise logistics port operations, warehouse workflow, and inland transportation
• Independently manage all aspects of Purchase Orders, including PO creation/revision/fulfillment, and ensure all the relevant data and changes are accurate and captured in a timely manner.
• Responsible for follow up Quality Inspection, Logistic coordination & management, including inland trucking, freight consolidation, shipment booking and tracking etc.
• Manage shipment schedule planning, handling shipping documentation, monitor entire shipping activities via coordination with vendors.
• Manage Delivery Status Reporting information.
• Logistics and warehousing management in Oil and Gas Project management, well-organized and result -orientated and a problem solver in a dynamic business environment.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in International logistics or other
• Above 7 year’s oil and gas project experience

Experience in Months: 84

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
