Mt Elgon Hospital Mbale Ltd located on Plot 10-12, Independence Avenue, in Mbale Municipality is a private hospital which has been in operation since 2010 with a mission of providing quality clinical services
The hospital seeks self-driven young professionals to fill the following vacancies.
4.Enrolled Midwives Report to - Nurses Manager (4)
Must have an Enrolled Midwifery Nursing Certificate from a recognized Institution, and must hold a valid practicing license from UNMC with a minimum of 5years working experience
Main Responsibilities
• Participate in continuous coverage on wards/units
• Administer treatment as prescribed
• Carry out midwifery procedures.
• Carry out observations, keep proper records and ensure their safe custody.
• Participate in ward rounds.
• Receive and register patients/clients.
• Do bed side nursing for patients
• Adhere to ethical professional conduct.
• Carry out health education
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
