JOB DETAILS:
We are searching for a potential candidate, who will be responsible for the management and execution of our client’s system construction, special equipment management, equipment planning and investment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management of equipment technical talents, organizing and formulating plans for the development and construction of equipment technical talent echelons; organizing centralized training, evaluation, and assessment of equipment personnel.

• Paying attention to the training of subordinates and ensuring that subordinates possess the necessary qualifications and experience to carry out their tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform the duties and obligations related to our client’s integrated management system.

Qualifications;
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Under 35.
• At least 3 years of working experience.
• Ability and quality requirements.
• High political quality, strong sense of responsibility, awareness of the overall situation, sense of service, and sense of confidentiality.
• Have strong writing ability, logical thinking ability, communication, and coordination ability.
• Computer knowledge and English proficiency required for the job.
• Under the same conditions, those with overseas experience will be given priority
• Have the physical and mental health conditions required for suitable positions.
• Ability to read, speak and write Chinese.
