JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
• Supervise and urge the personnel of the equipment department to carry out the monthly and weekly inspection of relevant equipment on schedule; Organize the personnel of the equipment department to carry out various special inspections according to the requirements of the company;
• Be responsible for managing the equipment department’s equipment data, certificates, maintenance reports, daily routine inspection, equipment accounts and other documents of the drilling rig.
• Be responsible for the preparation of equipment operation and maintenance procedures of the drilling rig supervise and review the operation and maintenance of various equipment, fill in and archive the original records, and summarize and report them as required;
• Supervise the implementation of the shift handover system of the Department to ensure the continuity of the work;
• Be responsible for the management of equipment PMS of the team, ensure the normal operation of its equipment, and be directly responsible for maintaining and improving the overall performance of the equipment;
• Be responsible for preparing the maintenance plan for the repair, renewal and transformation project of the outsourced equipment of the drilling rig, and be responsible for the management in the implementation of the project, as well as the commissioning, inspection and acceptance after the completion of the project;
• Be responsible for the analysis, treatment and prevention of equipment faults to ensure the normal operation of drilling operation.
• Be responsible for formulating equipment maintenance plan, spare parts, material plan and oil ordering and use plan, and controlling the cost of equipment repair, spare parts and materials of the Department;
• Be responsible for the training of equipment department personnel, mainly including but not limited to the following contents: daily routine inspection contents, equipment operation specifications, maintenance process requirements, specification for filling in work forms and relevant management regulations of equipment management department;
• Be responsible for the safety and environmental protection operation of the equipment department, and supervise the equipment team members to abide by the company’s rules and regulations;
• Assist senior tool pusher to implement asset management and asset audit.
• Be familiar with the responsibilities of emergency procedures and master the emergency plan and internal procedures of the company.

Requirements
• College degree or above;
• Major in engineering( electrical mechanical instrument) or related;
• At least 8 years working in the oil and gas sector of which 6 years working experience in land drilling rig or offshore platform equipment management. Organized and handled the failure of key equipment of drilling rig for more than 4 times;
• Familiar with Drilling equipment;
• Have strong professional skills, be able to independently complete the management of land drilling rig equipment, master the working principle of land drilling rig mechanical equipment and electrical equipment, and be able to deal with complex equipment faults;
• Master the QHSE management system of the company, and be familiar with relevant international and domestic laws, regulations and provisions;
• Proficient in the application of various office software;
• Have strong coordination ability, execution ability, communication ability and language expression ability;
• Have English communication skills to meet the needs of work;
• Age under 50;
• Hold relevant qualification certificates required by the company.
