JOB DETAILS:
• Department: Estates
• Minimum Qualifications:
o Diploma in Education or a related field.
o Additional qualifications and experience in plumbing and electricity are an added advantage.
o Age requirement: 30–45 years.

• Responsibilities:
o Oversee the overall management and maintenance of the school’s infrastructure, grounds, and facilities.
o Develop and implement schedules for repairs, maintenance, and cleaning activities.
o Supervise and coordinate the work of support staff, including compound workers, plumbers, and electricians.
o Ensure that all facilities (e.g., classrooms, labs, and hostels) are in excellent condition.
o Monitor school security systems and collaborate with security personnel to ensure student and staff safety.
o Conduct regular inspections of buildings and facilities to identify areas that need repair or improvement.
o Manage budgets related to estates, including procurement of materials and payments for services.
o Provide regular reports to the administration on estate activities and challenges.
