Equator Catering LTD is a Ugandan-based catering company certified in four ISO management systems and focused on providing a full range of services in the hospitality industry.
Our services include corporate catering, camp management and allied services to all industries. Equator Catering LTD is looking for suitable persons to fill the following positions:
Executive Chef
Location: Upcountry sites, Uganda
Reports to: Camp Manager

Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to;
• Organization of the kitchen and effective delegation of roles to the staff.
• Ordering raw materials. preparation, presentation and menu planning.
• implementation and monitoring of health, hygiene and sanitation standards as per the company Food Safety Management System ISO 22000:2005
Requirements:
• Certificate of education from a catering college/institute.
• Knowledge in HAGCP.
• At least 10 years ‘experience in a starred hotel or industrial environment.
• Speaks English fluently. Knowledge of Chinese as a second language is an added advantage
