Arcadia Suites Hotel Kampala is a luxury boutique hotel located in the upscale area of Kololo along Kira Road near the Uganda Museum and British High Commission. Our unique and fully furnished suites provide warm and genuine hospitality to our guests. We are committed to providing an authentic and memorable experience to all our guests.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Housekeeper. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for managing the housekeeping staff, cleaning rooms, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the hotel's cleanliness standards. This role is located in Kampala.

Qualifications
• Laundry and organization skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Ability to train and manage a team
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
