Role Description
This is a contract role for an Expert in Secondary Education at Broadway Education Policy Consultants. The role is located in Kampala, with flexibility for some remote work. As an Expert in Secondary Education, you will:
• Lead consulting projects and contribute to research and policy analysis in the company secondary sub-sector.
• Provide expertise in secondary education policy and practice.
• Develop and implement curriculum and educational programs for secondary schools to aid our clients (schools, teachers, and organizations) in attaining operational effectiveness.
• Provide guidance and support to secondary school educators to enhance their teaching practices and improve student outcomes.
• Oversee and enhance the quality of secondary education within client institutions, ensuring high standards of learning and development.
• Conduct training sessions for teachers and staff in secondary education best practices, fostering professional growth and expertise.
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to student development, supporting the overall mission of our clients.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of secondary school programs and make necessary improvements to drive operational success for our clients.

Qualifications
• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education
• Must be registered with the Ministry of Education and Sports
• Preferably a minimum of 5 consecutive years of experience in secondary school administration, preferably at the level of Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
