TotalEnergies EP Uganda (COMPANY) as Operator of Contract Area (CA) 1 and License Area (LA) 2 North, in conjunction with its Joint Venture Partner(s), invites experienced and reputable companies to express interest to Supply a Model of the Central Processing Facility (CPF) for the TILENGA project
General Field Development Description:
The Tienga oil and associated gas development (PROJECT) is located in the North-East ares of Lake Albert in Uganda and covers the fields in CA-1 block and the Northern part of LA-2 block. The facilities include wellpads (30) and industrial area containing Central Processing Facility (CPF)
Scope of Work:
TotalEnergies EP Uganda is looking to source for the supply of a static scale model of the Central Processing Facility (CPF) to offer tangible representation as well as visual design and concept of the future Tilenga's oil & gas Central Processing Facility (CPP) to its trainees
Scaled model planned to be two (2) meters sized by three (3) meters (1:350 scale) exact copy of the 30 CPF model developed by EPSCC 30 digital model will be used. The model will be made available to the trainees currently at UPK in Kigumba
Model shall be located on a standalone table, with clear cover
Following completion of UPKK training the model will be relocated to CPF site training room and will be used for the mandatory IA access site induction
The selected contractor will be able to demonstrate the following abilities
• Experience in supplying similar models
Qualifications and experience of key personnel
• Positive net worth in each of the immediately preceding two financial years
• The Minimum Requirements to Participate in the Prequalification Process are
• Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Management systern Quality Policy and related procedures in compliance with local and international standards
• Compliance to National and International laws and regulations -Demonstrated commitment to statutory National Content requirements for oil and gas operations as detailed in 2016 Upstream Petroleum Regulations
• Current registration to or application to be registered to the National Supplier Database
• in line with COMPANY's objective to maximize National Content upon fulfilling other requirements for the scope of work, preference shall be given to Ugandan company or as a minimum a company that has entered into a joint venture with a ligandan company
Interested companies who meet the above minimum requirements should submit a Company profile (including description of relevant company experience) together with a request for a pre-qualification questionnaire by email to EP.FOPS.PREQUALIFICATION-UGEP@totalenergies.com on or before 6th August 2024 Noon Kampala time (GMT+3) and quoting Expression of Interest for Call for Tender No 10348900 SUPPLY OF A STATIC SCALE MODEL OF CENTRAL PROCESSING FACILITY (CPF). Pre-qualification questionnaire(s) with submission instructions will be issued via e-sourcing tool SAP-ARIBA after the forementioned EDI closing date to only interested companies meeting the above minimum requirements
Note: Only pre-qualified companies will receive invitations to submit bids during the call for tender process via COMPANY's e-sourcing system SAP-ARIBA
