in conjunction with its Joint Venture partner(s), invites experienced and qualified companies/entities to express interest in the provision of crossovers, pup joints and fabrication services for the TILENGA project.

Brief Description of the Scope of Services:

COMPANY intends to issue a future Call for Tender for the provision of Crossovers, Pup Joints and Fabrication Services for the TILENGA project in support of the completion of the Drilling and Well activities.

The list of equipment shall include:

• Crossovers for Upper & Lower Completion
• Crossovers for Other services tools
• Pup Joints for Upper & Lower Completion
• Machine Shop & Fabrication services (Fabrication Services, Re-threading & Re-cutting)

Interested parties (individual firms or proposed partnerships) shall, as a minimum, be required to demonstrate the following:

1. Equipment to be as per COMPANY Quality Control Pan (QCP) and/or contractor approved Quality Control QCP)

2. Specification for Seamless OCTG should follow company General Specification (GS EP FP 330) that covers Quality Assurance and Quality Control with respect to design, material, manufacturing, testing and final supplyof steel pipes

3. Demonstrated commitment to statutory National Content requirements for oil and gas operations.

4. Current registration to, or application to be registered to, the National Supplier Database for the year 2022 and 2023.

5. Proof of being suitably resourced with personnel with substantial qualifications and experience in the required services.

6. Proof of good financial solvency to deliver the services required.

7. Proof of appropriate Quality, Health, Safety, Social, Security and Environment policies, procedures, and processes in compliance with applicable national and industry standards.

Interested companies/entities who meet the above minimum requirements shall submit a request by email (attaching company profile) to: EP.PREQUALIFICATION-UGEP@TOTALENERGIES.COM  for a pre-qualification questionnaire on or before 17h00 Kampala time 17th January 2023 and quoting "Prequalification Questionnaire request Ref No CTR084077 for Crossover, Pup joints and Fabrication services."

Interested parties to be prequalified for the Services are encouraged to provide Name, Address, Contact and Email to facilitate the issuance of a pre-qualification questionnaire through COMPANY's official e-sourcing platform SAP-ARIBA.

Note: Only prequalified bidders will receive invitations to submit bids in furtherance of the call for tender process.
