General Field Development Description
The Tenge oil and associated gas development (Project) is in the North East area of Lake Albert in Uganda and covers the feds in C-1 Block and the Northern part of LA2 block. The facilities eclude welds (31) containing the Central Processing Facility (CP) and associated supporting infrastructure camps, roads etc) The Monitoring and Evaluation Services for the Social Programme
Review Social Management Plans and resulting programmes to assess the logic of activities and performance indicators Document strengths, gaps, and recommendations for improvement Deliver a mentoring and evaluation alignment work
collaboration with TIP Uganda tears, improve or develop when apponate the monitoring and evaluation framework of spect social management plans andor component programmes (including inputs actus outputs, outcomes impact targets & progress against the theory of change) The comutant will problem and solution trees, logical framework, and or other appropriate to develop focus on kay indicators and targets with TEP Uganda teams The Consultant must use a participatory approach through the process Review and update or develop the Montoring, Evaluation and Reportingalen for specific social management plans and/or component programme
Implement mentoring and evaluation acties for specific cal management plans and/or component programmes Provide recommendations for TEP Uganda to improve systematic Management Plans and/or component prog
At least a minimum of 5 years of work pencerede werksi mudinary capacity on monitoring and evaluation with a track record and woning knowledge in social development in Uganda
Ence working with the World Bank and/or other international development organizations will be beneficial
Expence identification and assessment of a range of approaches to data collection (e survey methods and design). implemention and yes in environmental and socio-economic
Experience of work with local communities through participatory
Proof of successful accomplishment of smer services in Uganda ence & recognition for M&E activities for national Finance Corporation (FC) or World Bork funded projects is desirable Curent region to or application to be registered Petroleum National Supper De
-Be registered with NSSF and with all required insurance for the vendor and ts employe
Comptance with National Content Regulations and 2016 upstream Petroleum Regulations
Compliance to national and intemational laws and of and gas
Must have an appropriate HSE Management system Quality Poly and procedures in compliance with local and standards
