For STTA for the aBi ICT Department in 2023 – 6-month Project Term

aBi Development provides development finance as matching grants and Business Development Services to agricultural producers and agribusinesses targeted at 6 value chains: Coffee, Oilseeds, Pulses, Cereals, Horticulture and Dairy. They operate out of a main office in Umoja House, Nakassero, Kampala. 

The ICT Department require additional support in 2023, to enable the department to successfully implement the varied projects they have currently running. Areas where additional man-hours are required are mainly in the configurations, settings, and continued sensitization of the newly implemented M365 environment. Further modifications and improvements are identified by the ICT Department staff, particularly so with regard to IT Governance, and ensuring our use of M365 falls within it. 

See the below points summarizing the scope of work:

•       Staff support and trouble shooting.

•       M365 and Azure environment development, configurations, and support

•       Scheduled Health Checks across entire IT Environment

The expert required should have the following professional credentials and qualifications:

•       At least 5 years of experience providing IT expertise to corporations. 

•       Degree qualified in IT and Computing.

•       Microsoft Certification

•       Accreditations in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure

•       Accreditations related to Enterprise IT Security Management

•       Skilled programmer able to operate in M365 and SharePoint environments, including the use of Power Apps. 

•       Languages should include JavaScript and TypeScript / Python / PHP / Visual Basic / C++

•       Evidence of the last three jobs/projects working in a comparable corporate environment
