Expression Of Interest For The Provision Of Inland Transport Tender

Hariss International Limited invites bids from Interested Eligible Bidders for the service of the following:

Submission Requirements:

• Company profile and proof of registration.
• A detailed proposal of the services offered, including:

• (i) Offer must indicate rates for general cargo and dangerous cargo.
• (ii) A breakdown of equipment size (20ft & 40ft).
• (iii) Mention of rates, including customs clearance, port charges, and shipping line charges, etc.
• (iv) Availability of service for transport of reefer containers (20ft & 40ft).
• (v) Transport rates for cargo on low loaders.
• (vi) Explicit indication of weight tolerance.

• Additional Documents Required:

• Proof of registration with any affiliated bodies.
• Financial statements for the past three (3) years.
• Letters of reference from at least five (5) clients.

Deadline:

The deadline for bid submission shall not be later than 15th December 2024.
