EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR DIESEL ENGINE MAINTENANCE SERVICES

TotalEnergies EP Uganda (COMPANY) in its capacity as Operator, Contract Areas (CA) 1 and License Area (LA) 2, in conjunction with its Joint Venture Partner(s), invite experienced and reputable contractors to express their interest in providing Diesel Engine Maintenance Services for future oil production in respect of the Tilenga Project, Lake Albert Basin, Republic of Uganda.

GENERAL FIELD DEVELOPMENT DESCRIPTION:

Tilenga oil and associated gas development is located in the Northern area of Lake Albert in Uganda and covers the Fields in CA-1 block and the Northern part of LA-2 block (Tilenga Project). The major development surface facilities include the following: 1. Well pads (29) and the upstream gathering network. 2. The Industrial Area containing temporary facilities and the Central Processing Facility (CPF). 3. The associated supporting infrastructure (camps, roads, aerodromes etc.).

SCOPE OF WORK:

THE SCOPE OF WORK COVERS THE PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE SERVICES LIMITED TO:

• Provision of trained and competent Diesel engine service technicians to support planned and corrective maintenance activities for 4 CATERPILLAR (C175, C9 & 3412) and 3 CUMMINS (CFP30E-20) diesel engines.
• Provision of trained and competent Generator service technicians to support planned and corrective maintenance activities for 4 Generators (250kW, 632kW, 8, 213kW).
• Provision of trained and competent staff to maintain and troubleshoot engine-generator control systems including but not limited to (HMI, Unit Control Panel, software).
• Remote Technical support and diagnostic services to maintain system availability.
• Training and Development of the site staff.
• Contract management and reporting.

Interested parties may participate in this EOI as a single entity or as an association of companies, where they shall (individually or collectively) demonstrate the following minimum requirements:

Minimum requirements:

• Experience in maintenance and overhaul of CATERPILLAR and/or CUMMINS diesel engines.
• Capacity to provide experience and competent field service engineers for energy or other major sectors of the industry.
• Experience in operation and troubleshooting of CATERPILLAR and/or CUMMINS diesel engines.
• Capacity to execute technical training related to the service.
• Capacity to provide remote technical support services.
• Contract management capabilities.

Other Requirements:

• Mandatory Current registration to or application to be registered to the National Supplier Database as required by the 2016 Upstream Petroleum Regulations of Uganda.
• Commitment to statutory National Content requirements for oil and gas operations.
• Health, Safety, Security, Social Environment and Quality (HSSEQ) management system, and related procedures in compliance with local and international standards.
• Valid applicable National or International licenses or permits including Trading Licenses.
• Technical capabilities to perform the service or provide the supply.
• Qualified and Certified personnel to perform the service.
• Certified equipment to perform the service.
• Quality Control and Assurance capabilities.
• Financial capability.
• Existence of all applicable and valid ISO Certifications.
• Tax Compliant to local and international laws.
