Expression of Interest for Air Ticketing Services EOI
Sinopec International Petroleum Services Co. (Uganda) Ltd invites reputable and experienced air ticketing service providers to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of air ticketing services.
Qualification Requirements:
Note that there is a mandatory requirement to be registered to the National Supplier Database (NSD) managed by the Petroleum Authority of Uganda (PAU) to be considered for a contract award.
Submission of EOI
• The applying company must be registered and legally Interested firms should submit their
• Expression of operating in Uganda.
• Must have 5 years of industry experience
• Hold relevant licenses and certifications, Tagata certificate and Operation license
• The company must have a complete international website with all the company information.
Business Requirements:
• Provide detailed quotes and service fee structures.
• Provide specific cooperation terms and conditions, including contract duration, payment methods, and breach handling.
• Services are still available on weekends, public holidays, etc., and ticket booking, refunding, and reissuing must be timely and efficient.
• Annual turnover not less than 500,000 USD.

Review and Assessment
SINOPEC will review and assess the submitted documents to derive a list of prequalified firms. Only prequalified firms will be invited to continue the bidding process. SINOPEC reserves the right to reject any or all EOIs, waive any irregularities or formalities, or accept! reject any item/items in the EOI
