Front of House Restaurant Trainer!

Join Uganda & Kenya’s leading restaurant chain, as a Front of House Restaurant Trainer in Kampala, Uganda or Nairobi/Kenya. Café Javas is renowned for its exceptional dining experiences and commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Front of House Restaurant Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our staff delivers top-notch service to our valued guests.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for front of house staff
• Train new hires on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer interaction
• Conduct ongoing training workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and implement tailored programs
• Maintain up-to-date training materials and resources

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in front of house operations within a restaurant setting
• Proven track record in training and developing front of house staff
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of restaurant industry standards and trends
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities

Salary:
-$2000 - $3000 p/Month cost to company with expat benefits
